Custom Inquiry Acknowledgement & Disclosure

Our custom inquiries are responded to on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the high volume of daily inquiry forms submitted, response times may range anywhere from 24–72 hours.

Every inquiry is reviewed carefully with attention to detail, urgency, and accurate estimating to ensure your cake is as impactful and memorable as your event.

At GS Bakery, we take pride in treating every customer like family and ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.

Timing is everything. Most custom cake orders require a minimum of TWO (2) WEEKS notice.

Specialty details including toppers, florals, banners, figurines, and decorative elements are often sourced through trusted vendors and may depend on external shipping schedules.

If your event date is within less than TWO (2) WEEKS, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate your custom request.
